淮北矿业(集团)公司是我国的一家特大型煤炭企业,现有生产矿井13对,原煤产量连续多年稳定在1600万吨以上,全民职工87023名、集体职工11821名、离退休职工41988名。近几年由于市场环境变化,企业各项改革政策刚刚出台,经营状况不理想,职工思想政治工作的任务显得十分繁重而艰巨。集团公司工会紧紧围绕企业经济工作中心,充分发挥工会组织优势,把职工思想政治工作落实在工会各项工作之中,为理顺职工情绪,鼓舞职工士气,促进企业深化改革,稳定职工队伍做出了积极贡献。 这里记录的是集团公司各级工会组织,深入基层和广大职工群众中,加强日常思想政治工作,实施
Huaibei Mining (Group) Company is a large-scale coal enterprise in our country. There are 13 pairs of coal mines currently in production.
