因为地球的资源是有限的,所以节省资源对于保证人们过上富裕的生活是很重要的。为了建立定向循环社会,各种循环法规已经在日本执行。废的包装材料、家庭用具、汽车和个人计算机已被收集,然后处理回收。用废塑料代替高炉焦炭或燃料,或者回收再生作为塑料原料。为了同样的用户回收塑料,需要研究制定出一种能以低费用和获得高品级塑料的先进分离技术。本文评述了塑料分离技术的最新进展,并叙述了将来需要解决的课题。介绍了用于塑料的重选、静电选、浮选和粉碎设备。列举了分选塑料的工业规模试验和实验室试验结果。还详细列举了主要塑料的特性。
Because the Earth’s resources are limited, saving resources is important to ensure that people have a rich life. In order to establish a targeted recycling society, various recycling regulations have been implemented in Japan. Waste packaging, household appliances, cars and personal computers have been collected and then disposed of for recycling. Use of waste plastics instead of blast furnace coke or fuel, or recycled as plastic raw materials. Recycling plastic for the same user needs to be done to develop an advanced separation technology that can be used at low cost and high-grade plastics. This article reviews the recent advances in plastic separation technology and describes the issues to be solved in the future. Introduced for the re-election of plastics, electrostatic election, flotation and crushing equipment. The industrial scale test and laboratory test results of sorting plastic are listed. Also details the characteristics of the main plastic.
