排风隔热窗可以充分利用空调排风的低品位能,使外窗室内侧玻璃表面温度接近于室内空气温度,从而减少外窗形成的空调负荷。本文采用区域模型法,通过单元能量平衡分析,建立排风隔热窗的二维传热数学模型。搭建排风隔热窗的测试实验台,开展其热特性的实验研究,利用实测数据验证模型建立过程中二维简化方法的正确性,以及通过实验数据与模拟计算结果的比较,验证模型本身的可靠性。
Exhaust heat insulation window can make full use of low-grade air-conditioning exhaust can make the outer glass surface temperature inside the room close to the indoor air temperature, thereby reducing the formation of air-conditioned window load. In this paper, the regional model method, through the unit energy balance analysis, the exhaust heat insulation window of the two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model. The experiment platform of exhaust heat insulation window was set up to carry out the experimental study of its thermal characteristics. The measured data were used to verify the correctness of the two-dimensional simplified method in the process of model establishment and the comparison between the experimental data and the simulation results to verify the model reliability.
