以壳聚糖为原料,以甲醛作为交联剂,在醋酸溶液中合成壳聚糖水凝胶。通过正交试验优化了制备壳聚糖水凝胶的工艺条件,试验结果表明:当壳聚糖量为1g,甲醛体积为0.2mL,凝胶化温度为50℃时,制备得到的水凝胶溶胀度最大。选用罗丹明B为荧光探针对水凝胶的形成过程进行动态监测,通过荧光强度的变化研究水凝胶聚合反应过程混合溶液极性的变化,对水凝胶的相转变过程进行了探究。
Using chitosan as raw material and formaldehyde as cross-linking agent, chitosan hydrogel is synthesized in acetic acid solution. The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the preparation conditions of the chitosan hydrogels. The experimental results show that when the amount of chitosan is 1g, the volume of formaldehyde is 0.2mL and the gelation temperature is 50 ℃, the prepared hydrogel is swollen The largest degree. Rhodamine B was used as a fluorescent probe to dynamically monitor the formation process of hydrogel. The changes of the polarity of the mixed solution during hydrogel polymerization were studied by the change of fluorescence intensity. The phase transition of hydrogel was also investigated.
