利用对一羟基苯甲醛与某些芳香酸类能缩合为有色物质的性质,笔者采用薄层层析—洗脱比色法测定了当归制剂中的阿魏酸含量。阿魏酸标准溶液:称取阿魏酸5mg,置于5ml容量瓶中,加乙酸乙酯溶解,使成lmg/ml溶液。临用前新鲜配制。对一羟基苯甲醛溶液:称取0.2g对羟基苯甲醛溶于100ml容量瓶中,摇匀备用。1.实验方法精密吸取阿魏酸标准溶液5、10、20、30、40、50μl于10ml试管中,加对羟基苯甲醛溶液2ml,浓硫酸3ml,摇匀。于沸水浴中加热lhr。用冷水冷却,移至10ml比色管中。用蒸馏
Using the property of condensation of hydroxybenzaldehyde with certain aromatic acids into colored substances, the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis preparations was determined by TLC-elution colorimetry.
