近几年来,国内外研制成功的煤用概率筛、等厚筛及旋转概率筛,已在各工业部门得到广泛的应用,但美中不足的是,概率筛筛分效率低,只能用于近似筛分;等厚筛和旋转概率筛所占空间位置大、设备重、成本高、能耗大。煤用概率等厚筛(图1)是根据东北工学院闻邦椿教授提出的“概率厚层筛分法”原理设计的。该机综合了煤用概率筛与等厚筛的优点。因此,该机具有外形尺寸小、重量轻、结构简单、能耗低、筛分效率高、处理能力大等特点,是煤层干法筛分的高效节能设备。

This machine combines the advantages of coal with the probability of sieve and thick sieve. Therefore, the machine has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple structure, low energy consumption, high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, etc. It is an efficient energy-saving equipment for coal seam dry screening.
