由上海高校智库内涵建设计划资助、中国社会科学院俄罗斯东欧中亚研究所与上海大学共同主办的“一带一路”与中亚国家论坛于2016年11月23日在上海大学隆重举行。本次论坛的主题是“一带一路”与中亚的繁荣与稳定。来自中亚各国、俄罗斯、阿塞拜疆以及国内的近百位专家学者,围绕丝绸之路经济带与中亚国家发展战略的对接、中亚国家的政治经济转型及其参与“一带一路”建设的挑战和机遇、上合组织框架下各成员国的全方位合作等议题进行了深入探讨。
Sponsored by the Shanghai University Think Tank Content Plan, the “Belt and Road” and the Forum of Central Asian States, co-hosted by the Russian Institute of Central and Eastern Asia Russia and Shanghai University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, were held at Shanghai University on November 23, 2016. The theme of this forum is “the Belt and Road” and the prosperity and stability in Central Asia. Nearly 100 experts and scholars from Central Asian countries, Russia, Azerbaijan and China, centering on the interconnection of the Silk Road Economic Belt with the development strategies of Central Asian countries, the political and economic transformation of Central Asian countries and their participation in the “Belt and Road” Challenges and opportunities, the all-round cooperation among member states under the SCO framework and other issues.
