目的研究GC护牙素和多乐氟Duraphat在固定正畸治疗中对釉质脱矿指数的影响。方法选择2012年1月—2014年12月在绍兴市中心医院接受固定正畸治疗的患者126例。用随机数表法分为A、B、C 3组,每组各42例,A组患者牙齿表面不做特殊处理,仅行常规口腔正畸护理,B组患者在正畸治疗过程中使用GC护牙素涂布于牙齿表面,每月1次,C组患者使用多乐氟Duraphat涂布,每3个月1次。比较3组患者的釉质脱矿情况。结果矫治前,3组患者的脱矿程度主要以0度为主,未见3度脱矿,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矫治6个月后,3组患者的釉质脱矿区域数明显增加,B、C组和A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但B、C2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矫治12个月后,3组患者的釉质脱矿区域数持续增长,均出现了3度脱矿,B、C组和A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但B、C 2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。矫治前3组患者的釉质脱矿指数相近(P>0.05),矫治6个月及12个月后,3组患者的釉质脱矿指数均出现明显增加,B、C组和A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但B、C 2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GC护牙素和多乐氟Duraphat在固定正畸治疗中均能有效抑制釉质脱矿。
Objective To study the effect of GC dentin and Duraphat on enamel demineralization index during fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment in Shaoxing Central Hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected. Group A, B and C were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, 42 cases in each group. No special treatment was performed on the dental surfaces of patients in group A, only conventional oral orthodontic treatment was performed. Patients in group B underwent orthodontic treatment using GC Dentin coated on the tooth surface, once a month, C group patients with Dura fluorine Duraphat coating, once every 3 months. Enamel demineralization was compared between the three groups. Results Before treatment, the degree of demineralization in the three groups was mainly 0 degrees, and no grade 3 was demineralized. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the enamel demineralization area (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and C2 (P> 0.05). After 12 months of treatment, the number of patients in three groups The numbers of enamel demineralization zone continued to increase, and all three degrees of demineralization occurred. There was significant difference between B, C and A groups (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between B and C groups (P> 0.05). The enamel demineralization index of the three groups before correction was similar (P> 0.05). After 6 months and 12 months of correction, the enamel demineralization index of the three groups increased obviously. There was significant difference between groups B, C and A (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between B and C groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both GC dentin and Duraphat can effectively inhibit enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment.
