棘球蚴病是畜牧区常见的人畜共患的寄生虫病。我省虽有报告,但均为外地感染。最近,我们在山东菏泽市发现1例当地感染患者,报告如下。患者女性,58岁,汉族,菏泽市西关镇居民。因右上腹隐痛8月余,加重伴有包块3月,菏泽地区人民医院以“右肝肿瘤性质待查”收入院,住院号88695。患者生于本地,自幼从未去过外地。16岁前在家务农,此后在本地做小生意,曾在幼儿园工作16年。1975年始,在菏泽城关镇街办毛毡厂工作,该厂所用羊毛多从外地购进。体检:T38.4℃、P112/min、R32/min、BP16/10kPa。腹部触诊,肝右肋下约4cm,剑下约6cm,边缘钝,质韧,表面光滑、有压痛。实验室检查:同位素肝扫 Echinococcosis is a common zoonotic parasitic disease in livestock husbandry areas.
