柯22C井为吐哈油田的一口重点小井眼侧钻井,位于吐哈盆地台北凹陷柯柯亚构造带,实际完钻井深3933m,选用聚磺钻井液体系,具有良好的防塌性、抑制性,携砂悬浮能力好。该井磨铣开窗段加入XC(黄原胶),以提高钻井液悬浮携带能力,使铁屑能够顺利携带出套管;定向造斜段,加入足量DF(改性褐煤低荧光防塌剂),SPNH(高温泥浆处理剂)减少钻井液滤失量,确保煤层段钻井液性能的稳定,防漏防塌;充气欠平衡段降低钻井液密度并维护性能,使钻井液具有良好的抑制性、携带性,防漏防塌。
