目的:研究四逆散及其不同配伍干预实验性溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的效用。方法:将动物分为14组,采用免疫法造模,以大鼠一般状况、结肠组织大体情况、结肠组织病理变化,胸腺指数、脾脏指数和结肠组织核因子-κB(nuclear factor Kappa B,NF-κB)活性作为观察与检测指标。结果:模型组各项指标均与正常组存在显著差异(P<0.01);模型组结肠损伤程度评分为4.00±0.67,与模型组比较,各药组的结肠损伤程度均显著降低(P<0.01);模型组结肠病理组织学评分(4.40±1.07)明显高于正常组(0.40±0.52),P<0.01,余各药组结肠病理组织变化呈好转趋势,其中,四逆散组(2.80±0.79)和柴芍枳组(3.20±0.79)、柴芍甘组(3.40±0.70)、柴芍组(3.20±0.79)、柴枳组效果明显(3.33±0.71),P<0.05;四逆散及其不同配伍能够提高模型大鼠的胸腺指数(P<0.05)与脾脏指数(P<0.01);模型组结肠组织NF-κB平均吸光度为0.088±0.009,各组NF-κB活性均呈现下降趋势,以四逆散全方组(0.023±0.006)效果最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:四逆散能够干预实验性UC,其作用可能是通过刺激免疫器官分泌免疫细胞,抑制NF-κB的激活来实现的;四逆散全方作用最为理想,柴胡、芍药发挥了君药与臣药的的重要配伍作用,甘草作为使药,其协调作用主要体现在对胸腺细胞增殖的刺激。
Objective: To study the effect of Sini Decoction and its different compatibility intervention on experimental ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: The animals were divided into 14 groups and were immunized. Conclusion: Sini Decoction can interfere with experimental UC, and its effect may be through stimulating immune organs to secrete immune cells and inhibit the activation of NF-κB. Sini Decoction is the most ideal and Bupleurum With the important role of compatibility with herbs, licorice as a medicine, its coordination is mainly reflected in the thymocyte proliferation stimulation.
