中药骨碎补,中医主用于治疗骨折及外伤,对内科疾病应用较少。我们在实验中发现骨碎补有预防血脂升高及降低高脂血症作用,并能防止主动脉壁粥样硬化斑块的形成。取经过鉴定的骨碎补生药用水煎醇沉法制成100%的骨碎补注射液。实验取家兔44只,分为四组。除对照组外,另三组(造型、预防、治疗组)每日以加有胆固醇0.3g 的猪油5ml 灌注,连续15周。治疗组于实验第五周起,每日给家兔肌肉注射骨碎补注射液,连续10周。预防组由实验开始时即肌肉注射该药,连续15周。每5周测定血清胆固醇及甘油三酯含量各一次。实验结
