众所周知,学困生是每个学校、每个年级、每个班级都存在的一部分特殊的学生,那转变学困生,使学生得到发展,得到提升也就成为一线教师的主要任务之一。在初中化学教学中也不例外,所以,转变这些学困生,探究出转变学困生的策略也就成为化学教师探究的主要任务之一。也正因如此,课题组成员针对《初中化学学困生转变策略研究》这一课题进行为期一年的研究,并探究出一些有助于学困生转化的策略,所以,从纠正学生的学习态度,帮助学生养成自主学习的习惯,做好教学目标的分层以及教学方法的选择、习题的恰当设计、建立完善的评价体系七个策略为例来谈一谈如何在初三化学教学中有效地转化学困生,以为高效化学课堂的实现做好铺垫工作。
As we all know, students with learning difficulties are special students in every school, every grade, and every class. Attitude, help students to develop self-learning habits, do a good job of stratification of teaching objectives and the choice of teaching methods, the proper design of exercises, the establishment of a sound evaluation system seven strategies as an example to talk about how to teach in the third year of chemistry Effectively transfer students to poor chemistry, laying the groundwork for the realization of efficient chemistry classes.
