【目的】为改变科技期刊全面质量管理尚缺少执行方法和精确路径的现状。【方法】综合分析科技期刊的质量要素和质量需求,在论证科技期刊属性和适应特征基础上,运用全面质量管理PDCA循环技术,构建科技期刊全面质量管理理论模型。【结果】提出全生命周期持续改善路线图,辅助编辑出版单位的整体运行和质量预警。【结论】可以按照模型框架建立科技期刊全面质量管理系统,实现科技期刊的精确质量管理。
【Objective】 There is still a lack of implementation method and exact path for the total quality management of sci-tech periodicals. 【Method】 Based on the analysis of the quality factors and quality requirements of sci-tech periodicals, the PDCA cycle technique of Total Quality Management (PDCA) was used to establish the theoretical model of total quality management of sci-tech periodicals based on the demonstration of attributes and adaptation features of sci-tech periodicals. 【Result】 The paper presents a road map of continuous improvement throughout the life cycle and assists in editing and publishing units’ overall operation and quality early warning. 【Conclusion】 The total quality management system of sci-tech periodicals can be established according to the model framework to achieve the accurate quality management of sci-tech periodicals.
