校训是学校价值信仰、办学理念和精神传统的集中概括。校训的遣词用语简短精悍,蕴含着独特的思想品位与文化意蕴,以书面语呈现方式成为隐性课程的日常图式。黑龙江商业职业学院和江苏商贸职业学院地处南北,校训字面用语呈现不同,却彰显相同的思想理念与文化缺失。校训应摒弃千篇一律的镜像,增强师生认同度和感召力,体现通识教育理念,关注人的全面发展和公共意识,使其成为隐性课程的有机组成部分。
