军人工资的本质是劳动价格,军人工资分配关系的本质是一种经济关系。根据这一经济学本质,进行军人工资分配制度设计,可以合理借鉴生存工资理论、边际生产力工资理论、均衡价格工资理论、按劳分配理论以及平衡工资理论。设计军人工资分配制度,应以合理设定军人起点工资为前提,以建立军人绩效工资制度为核心,同时构建军人工资调查制度。
The essence of military wages is the price of labor. The essence of military wage distribution is an economic relationship. According to this nature of economics, the design of the military wage distribution system can draw lessons from the theory of subsistence wage, marginal productivity wage, equilibrium price wage, distribution according to work theory and balanced wage theory.
