在我国当前交通事业不断发展的形势下,公路工程建设项目的数量和规模不断增加,公路工程施工项目也在不断地开展建设当中。为保证其经济以及社会效益的最大化实现,就要求我们在以后的工作中切实地做好成本控制工作,保障公路工程项目的整体效益,确保施工活动的顺利开展。本文将着重分析探讨公路工程项目施工成本管理与控制措施,以期能为以后的实际工作起到一定的借鉴作用。
