本文系统的介绍了冲天炉辅加煤粉新工艺,内容包括辅加煤粉的节焦原理,提高冲天炉熔化强度,加快熔化速度和提高铁水温度的原理,辅加煤粉后对铁水化学元素的影响和对炉况稳定作用的说明,煤粉辅加位置对熔化速度、温度之间的关系,以及各有关参数的确定、计算、辅加煤粉管路和应注意事项。重点说明了冲天炉辅加煤粉强化熔化带,使被还原了的一氧化炭重新燃烧放热,提高冲天炉热效率,从而节焦,加快熔化速度,提高铁水温度。本文可供从事冲天炉熔化的工人、技术人员及要应用此项新技术单位的领导同志参考,也可做为推广此项新技术的入门向导。
