以上海市一个普通居民小区——时运苑住宅小区日常生活用能现状为实地调研内容,对该小区的能源利用现状作了一个全面、科学的阐述和分析;对该小区内居民楼的建筑能耗及居民对节能措施的选择进行调查,寻找并分析居民楼能源使用过程中所存在的不合理现象,挖掘节能潜力,提出以低成本节能为核心兼顾节能效果和居民选择倾向的节能方案,并论证方案在居民区的可推广性。同时,将调研结果反馈给调研对象,并给予其科学的家庭节能建议,倡导家庭合理用能,以实现调研工作指导居民实际日常生活用能的目的。
Taking the ordinary residential area in Shanghai as an example, the status quo of everyday living in residential district of the fortune-days was investigated as a field survey, which made a comprehensive and scientific exposition and analysis on the present situation of energy utilization in this residential area. Consumers and residents to investigate the choice of energy-saving measures to find and analyze the residential buildings in the energy use of the existing unreasonable phenomenon, tap the potential of energy saving, energy saving as the core to take into account both the energy-saving effect and residents to choose the energy-saving options and Demonstration program in the popularization of residential areas. At the same time, the survey results will be fed back to the research object, and give their scientific family energy-saving proposals, promote family rational use of energy, in order to achieve the purpose of research work to guide the residents daily energy use.
