马塔加米湖(Mattagami Lake)矿山公司的选矿厂于1963年投产,设计中采用了当时已经证明是成功的自动化仪表,以后几年,又增添了新的控制技术。 1968年装设了一台载流分析仪作为流程分析,使用了六年而没有用计算机。1974年末,浮选回路的计算机控制投入运行,浮选效率显著提高,锌回收率提高1%,精矿品位提高0.4%,由于硫酸铜消耗的减少,药剂费用也已下降。
Put into operation in 1963, the Mattagami Lake Mines’ concentrator was designed with automation instruments that proved to be successful at that time, adding new control technologies over the next few years. A current-carrying analyzer was installed as a process analysis in 1968 and spent six years without a computer. At the end of 1974, the computerized control of the flotation circuit was put into operation and the flotation efficiency was significantly increased. The zinc recovery rate increased by 1% and the grade of concentrate increased by 0.4%. The cost of medicine was also reduced due to the reduction of copper sulfate consumption.
