本文采用ICP—AES法检测胃癌血清中24种元素的含量,以探讨胃癌与对照组间微量元素含量的差异,从中找出变化显著者,经Sas统计,多元逐步判别分析对元素和元素比值进行筛选,以求提出临床胃癌辅助诊断有应用意义的指标。结果表明,同对照组比较胃癌血清中显著增高的是Cu、Cr、Mn、Mo和Ni等元素,而显著降低的是Ca元素。经多元逐步判别分析和DME评价,提出血清Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe四种元素谱作为胃癌临床辅助诊断指标其灵敏度为85%,特异度为89.29%,约登指数为0.743。该指标比使用血清中单个元素含量界值,元素比值和元素比值谱指标准确并可在临床上实现微机化快速诊断。
In this article, ICP-AES method was used to detect the content of 24 elements in gastric cancer serum to investigate the difference of trace element content between gastric cancer and control group. From which to find the significant changes, by Sas statistics, multi-stepwise discriminant analysis of element and element ratios. Screening to find useful clinical indicators for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. The results showed that compared with the control group, the significant increase in the serum of gastric cancer was Cu, Cr, Mn, Mo and Ni, while the significant decrease was in the Ca element. Through multivariate stepwise discriminant analysis and DME evaluation, it was proposed that serum calcium, magnesium, copper and iron four element spectrums were used as clinical auxiliary diagnostic indicators for gastric cancer with a sensitivity of 85%, a specificity of 89.29%, and a Yoden index of 0.743. The index is more accurate than the threshold values, element ratios, and elemental ratios of individual elements in the serum, and can be rapidly diagnosed in the clinic.
