提出了电力市场中进行阻塞调度的一种方法。该方法以购电费用增加最小为目标函数 ,考虑了电力市场中的约束条件 ,用非线性内点法最优潮流实现电力市场中的阻塞调度控制。此方法还解决了阶跃形报价曲线难以求导的问题 ,得到既保证电力系统经济性又满足电力系统安全性的最优调度计划。实例计算表明该方法正确、可行。
A method of blocking scheduling in the electricity market was proposed. This method takes the minimum cost of power purchase as the objective function, considers the constraints in the power market, and uses the nonlinear interior point method to optimize the power flow to achieve the control of congestion scheduling in the power market. This method also solves the problem that the step-shaped quoted curve is difficult to derive, and an optimal dispatch plan that ensures both the economical efficiency of the power system and the safety of the power system is obtained. The example calculation shows that this method is correct and feasible.
