小儿结节性脂膜炎较少见,本文报告3例。例1,男,11岁。因反复发热14个月、皮肤发黄2个月而于1986年6月14日入院。1年前因持续高热、四肢与躯干部出现皮下结节,于无锡二院作皮肤活检,报告“结节性脂膜炎”。体检:恶液质病容,皮肤重度黄染,腹膨隆,肝肋下12cm,脾肋下5cm,质硬,腹水征(+)。肝功能:黄疸指数40u,总胆红质68.4μmol/L,谷丙转氨酶110u,甲胎蛋白(-)。经治疗病情不见好转而自动出院。例2,男,8岁。不规则发热20天入院。胸片“右肺门增大,淋巴结肿大,右枝气管淋巴结结核”,OT Pediatric nodular panniculitis is rare, this article reports 3 cases.
