山东省农业科学院作物研究所自１９８３年以来，广泛搜集啤酒大麦种质资源，通过杂交育种和系统选育等方法，已培育出４个农艺性状稳定、综合性状优良的啤酒大麦新品种。经济南啤酒集团股份有限公司进行品质鉴定、制麦试验和麦芽分析表明，４个啤酒大麦新品种，各项分析指标均超过进口大麦的质量水平。
Since 1983, the Institute of Crop Sciences of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences has extensively collected the germplasm resources of beer barley and has developed four new varieties of beer barley with stable agronomic traits and excellent comprehensive traits by crossing breeding and systematic breeding. Jinan Beer Group Co., Ltd. for the quality of identification, malting wheat test and malt analysis showed that four barley varieties of beer, the analytical indicators are more than the quality of imported barley.
