长期以来,我国普遍采用经典的目视熔点测定法。但这种方法的传温液热容量大,加热速度慢,能源消耗也较大;升温速率没严格控制,往往影响测定结果;样品的检测及温度的读测都依赖于肉眼,经验的影响较大;操作人员工作紧张,眼睛极易疲劳。我厂研制的WRS-1数字熔点仪是针对上述缺点,参考国外技术标准设计的。它采用光电检测、数字温度显示,具有初熔、终熔自动指示和蜂鸣、熔化曲线
