目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)较佳治疗方案.方法将32例 SLE 患者随机分为三组治疗观察时间8周.结果各组资料大多获得较满意的疗效,但从治疗结果比较 C 组疗效最佳(P<0.01).结论 C 组方案即糖皮质激素(Glcocorticoid)+MTX+MMF 疗效较为理想,价格较低廉,且用药较安全,较优于其他二组,值得临床重视及推广.“,”Objective To investigate systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) better treatment options. Methods 32 patients with SLE were randomly divided into three groups of treatment observation period of 8 weeks. Result, most of the group to get more satisfactory results from the treatment results compare the efficacy of group C (P <0.01). Conclusion the group C program that the glucocorticoid (Glcocorticoid) the efficacy of MTX MMF ideal, the price is cheaper and safer drugs, better than the other two groups, is worthy of attention and promotion.
