目的观察S-烯虫酯微胶囊悬浮剂对淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫现场防治效果。方法于野外现场直接投放或在野外设置的人工现场施药,观察幼虫和蛹的总密度下降率、蛹死亡率、羽化抑制率等指标。结果以0.03或0.1g ai/m3施药,对淡色库蚊幼虫的密度抑制从36 h起效,4.5 d达到顶峰,药效持续7~10d,幼虫和蛹总密度下降率分别达到81.5%和100%。以0.1和0.5g ai/m3施药,白纹伊蚊幼虫的最终成蚊率分别降至24.49%和3.92%,蛹死亡率和羽化抑制率分别为74.42%、95.35%和72.23%、95.27%,其中0.5 g ai/m3组药效能持续10 d。结论 S-烯虫酯微胶囊悬浮剂能明显抑制淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊幼虫发育为成蚊,持效期较长。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of S-vinyltine insecticide microcapsule suspension on the spot control of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus larvae. Methods Directly put in the field or set artificial field in the field to observe the larvae and pupal total density decline rate, pupal mortality rate, eclosion inhibition rate and other indicators. Results The density of larvae of Culex pipiens pallens was inhibited from 36 h after application at 0.03 or 0.1 g ai / m3, and reached the peak at 4.5 d after lasted for 7-10 days. The total densities of larvae and pupae decreased by 81.5% and 100%. The final adult mosquito rates of Ae. Albopictus larvae decreased to 24.49% and 3.92% at the doses of 0.1 and 0.5 g ai / m3, respectively, and the pupae mortality and eclosion inhibition rates were 74.42%, 95.35% and 72.23%, 95.27% , Of which 0.5 g ai / m3 group efficacy continued for 10 d. Conclusion S-metreptin microcapsule suspensions can significantly inhibit the development of adult mosquitoes of Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus to longer duration.
