为了比较湘西宏成制药有限责任公司不同中药种子繁殖基地白花泡桐叶中熊果酸和木犀草素6月到9月间含量的变化,采用Shim-Pack C18色谱柱,测定熊果酸的流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸(85∶15∶0.5),检测波长210 nm;测定木犀草素的流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸(60∶39∶1),检测波长350 nm。结果显示,熊果酸的线性范围为1~15μg(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.3%(RSD=1.10%,n=5);木犀草素的线性范围为0.01~0.09μg(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为98.7%(RSD=2.25%,n=5);研究结论为7月份的白花泡桐叶中熊果酸和木犀草素含量最高,为药物原料的采收时间的划定提供了理论依据。
In order to compare the content change of ursolic acid and luteolin in the leaf of Paulownia fortunei from different traditional Chinese medicine seed multiplication bases in Hunan Hongcheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the mobile phase of ursolic acid was determined by Shim-Pack C18 column as methanol- Water-acetic acid (85:15:0.5) at 210 nm. The mobile phase of luteolin was methanol-water-acetic acid (60:39:1) and the detection wavelength was 350 nm. The results showed that the linear range of ursolic acid was 1 ~ 15μg (r = 0.999 6) and the average recovery was 98.3% (RSD = 1.10%, n = 5). The linear range of luteolin was 0.01 ~ 0.09μg = 0.999 1). The average recovery was 98.7% (RSD = 2.25%, n = 5). The study concluded that the content of ursolic acid and luteolin in the leaves of Paulownia fortunei was the highest in July, Provided a theoretical basis.
