我国云南锡矿是肺癌高发地区,坑下作业环境中高浓度砷是矿工肺癌发病率高的主要病因之一。另据报道,该地区人群血硒水平明显低于北京市,而且接触砷多的工人比一般工人的血硒水平更低。因此,研究该矿矿工头发中硒、砷含量与肺癌的关系具有重要意义。 实验部分 (一)砷的测定方法 1.仪器与试剂 岛津AA-650原子吸收分光光度计;自装简易氢化物发生装置;砷空心阴极灯(日本浜松厂);所用试剂均为分析纯。发样采集于云南锡矿矿工和该矿职工医院住院肺癌患
China’s Yunnan tin mine is a high incidence of lung cancer, pit environment is a high concentration of arsenic miners one of the leading cause of high incidence of lung cancer. It is also reported that blood selenium levels in the population of the area are significantly lower than those in Beijing, and workers exposed to arsenic are lower than those of the general workers. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the relationship between the content of selenium and arsenic in the miners hair and lung cancer. Experimental part (a) Determination of arsenic 1. Instruments and reagents Shimadzu AA-650 atomic absorption spectrophotometer; self-installed simple hydride generation device; arsenic hollow cathode lamp (Japan Hamamatsu plant); reagents used were of analytical grade. Hair sample collected in Yunnan tin miners and the mine hospital staff hospitalized with lung cancer
