散发性脑炎国内各地陆续报告已超过2500例,实际发病数更多,逐年有增多的趋势。该病原因,说法不一,以青少年多见。临床可分:精神型、癫痫型、局灶型、脑瘤型及昏迷型。随着本病的愈益多见,误诊病例势必增加。为了总结经验,提高认识。广州部队医院分布在广东、广西、湖南地区计收治309例,其中精神型126例占40.77％,现分析如下,并对诊疗,进行商榷,以供参考。
