矿业是基础工业,是原料工业。二十年工农业总产值翻两番,矿业如何办?露采如何办?这些既严肃、又重大的问题摆在我们面前,需要我们认真思考,严肃回答。矿业与其他加工工业还不一样,一个矿山建成以后,形成一定的生产能力。但是,矿山采完了,矿山的生产能力随之消失,所以,矿业要增产,困难就更大,任务就更艰巨。
Mining is the basic industry, is the raw material industry. Two-fold increase in the total output value of industry and agriculture in two decades, what should we do in the mining industry? What should we do with the exploitation? These are both serious and major issues before us. We need our serious consideration and serious answers. Mining and other processing industries are not the same, a mine built, the formation of a certain production capacity. However, after the mining is completed, the production capacity of the mine disappears. Therefore, if the mining industry increases production, it will be even more difficult and the task will be even more arduous.
