目的识别、分析与评价沈阳市某制药集团有限公司氨酪酸、呋塞米异地搬迁建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度。方法采用类比法和检查表相结合的原则,对项目可能产生的粉尘、有毒化学物质和有害物理因素等职业病危害因素进行评价。结果共设粉尘采样点4个,结果为氨络酸粉尘2.7 mg/m3,混合粉尘0.3 mg/m3;有毒化学物质采样点4个,氧化钙为最低检出限,氨为6.1 mg/m3,碳酸钠为0.2 mg/m3,乙酸为29 mg/m3;物理因素采样点7个,噪声为70.1~84.0 d B(A),WBGT(湿球黑球温度)指数为29.1~30.5℃。结论该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、个人防护用品、职业病危害防护措施、应急救援措施、卫生辅助用室、职业卫生管理等方面均符合相关国家法律及职业卫生标准的要求。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the potential hazards of occupational diseases and the degree of harm caused by the relocation and construction of ammonia butyric acid and furosemide in a certain pharmaceutical group in Shenyang City. Methods The principle of combination of analogy and checklist was used to evaluate occupational hazards such as dust, toxic chemicals and harmful physical factors. Results A total of 4 dust sampling points were found, with the results that the ammonia acid dust was 2.7 mg / m3 and the mixed dust was 0.3 mg / m3. There were 4 sampling points for toxic chemicals, the detection limit of calcium oxide was 6.1 mg / m3, Sodium carbonate was 0.2 mg / m3 and acetic acid was 29 mg / m3. There were 7 physical sampling points with noise of 70.1-84.0 d B (A) and WBGT (wet bulb black ball temperature) of 29.1-30.5 ℃. Conclusion The project site selection, overall layout, production process and equipment layout, personal protective equipment, occupational hazards protection measures, emergency rescue measures, health aids room, occupational health management and other aspects are in line with the relevant national legal and occupational health standards .
