新课程改革把促进学生的全面发展放到了中心位置,关注个体差异,满足不同学生的学习需要,创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。所以,只要我们把“学困生”放在一个相对开放的环境中来考察,因材施教,严慈相济,尊重、关心、热爱他们,“学困生”克服自身弱点转变为“先进生”就不会再是梦。
