目的:探讨前列欣联合马沙尼治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效。方法:120例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者,随机分组为前列欣组、马沙尼组、前列欣联合马沙尼组,每组40人,进行4周的观察。口服前列欣胶囊每天3次,每次4粒;马沙尼每晚1次,每次1粒。结果:治疗4周后总有效率90%。全组病例观察过程中未发现药物不良反应。结论:前列欣胶囊联合马沙尼治疗IIIA型前列腺炎的疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Qianliexin combined with Masanini in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with type ⅢA prostatitis were randomly divided into Qianliexin group, Masanic group and Qianliexin combined with Masanic group, with 40 patients in each group for 4 weeks. Oral Qianliexin capsules 3 times a day, each 4; Masanni once a night, each one. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 90%. No adverse reactions were found during the observation of the whole group of patients. Conclusion: Qianliexin capsule combined with Masanini treatment of type IIIA prostatitis curative effect is exact.
