本文对比研究了氯化汞、碳酸锂、醋酸铅和氯化镉分别混于饲料喂养45d所致小鼠慢性肾损害的情况。发现这4种重金属盐均能引起肾功能和肾组织学损害。但氯化汞和醋酸铅除引起肾损害外,肝、肠亦有严重损害,喂药期间动物死亡率高;碳酸锂喂养后动物死亡率也高,但肾组织学损害轻;氯化镉喂药期间动物死亡率较低,肾损害明显,心、肝和肠无明显损害,停药后肾损害仍进行性加重。结果表明,氯化镉适用于制作慢性肾衰模型。
