绩效管理的理念在经营活动中得到了广泛应用,其理论体系和研究内容随着经济和技术水平的发展而不断变化。刚兴起不久的策略性绩效管理在研究内容和研究方法上与传统的绩效管理存在较大差异。本文对策略性绩效管理的产生动因、功能定位及其测评体系的特征表现进行了阐述,最后就策略性绩效管理理论的未来发展提出了一些设想。
The concept of performance management in business activities has been widely used, the theoretical system and research content with the economic and technological level of continuous development. The newly emerging strategic performance management in the recent research content and research methods and the traditional performance management there is a big difference. This paper elaborates on the motivation, function and the performance of the strategic performance management system. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the future development of the strategic performance management theory.
