为应用核基质蛋白的差异鉴别急性淋巴细胞白血病、慢性淋巴细胞白血病和淋巴瘤细胞白血病;该研究应用高盐法分别提取三种白血病细胞核基质蛋白,SDS—PAGE电泳分析三种类型白血病细胞核基质蛋白的变化。结果发现三种淋巴细胞白血病细胞核基质蛋白有明显差异,主要区别在低分子量18~45kd区带上;说明此方法可以鉴别急性淋巴细胞白血病、慢性淋巴细胞白血病和淋巴瘤细胞白血病。
In order to distinguish the differences of nuclear matrix proteins between acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma cell leukemia, three types of leukemia cell nuclear matrix proteins were extracted by high salt method. Three types of leukemia cell nuclear matrix proteins were analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. The change. The results showed that there were significant differences in the nuclear matrix proteins of the three lymphocytic leukemia cells. The main difference was in the low molecular weight 18-45 kd band; this method can be used to identify acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and lymphoma cell leukemia.
