目的了解甘南州居民食品中食源性致病菌分布状况,分析食源性致病菌的污染来源。方法按照国家食源性致病菌监测方案和食品卫生微生物检测标准,对14类1 024份居民生活密切相关食品进行致病菌检测。结果 2011—2013年采集1 024份样品,检出6种食源性致病菌104株,检出率10.2%,其中单核细胞增生李斯特菌21株,金黄色葡萄球菌30株,沙门菌10株,蜡样芽孢杆菌41株,创伤弧菌1株,阪崎肠杆菌1株;未检出致贺菌、大肠埃希菌O157:H7和副溶血性弧菌。结论该地区食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,沙门菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌污染较严重。
Objective To understand the distribution of foodborne pathogens in Gannan residents’ food and to analyze the sources of foodborne pathogens. Methods According to the national food-borne pathogenic bacteria monitoring program and the food hygiene micro-organism detection standard, pathogenic bacteria were detected in 14 classes of 10 024 residents closely related to food. Results A total of 1 024 samples were collected from 2011 to 2013, and 104 foodborne pathogens were detected, with a detection rate of 10.2%. Among them, 21 were Listeria monocytogenes, 30 were Staphylococcus aureus, 10 strains, 41 strains of Bacillus cereus, 1 strain of Vibrio vulnificus and 1 strain of Enterobacter sakazakii; but no strains of Escherichia coli, O157: H7 and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected. Conclusion Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella and Bacillus cereus in food in this area are more polluted.
