对20CrMnTi齿轮钢进行了不同淬火工艺参数条件的试验研究,分析了化学成分和热处理工艺对20CrMnTi齿轮钢淬透性的影响。试验结果表明,C是对淬透性贡献最大的元素,钢淬透性随钢材中C含量的增加而变大,随着Mn、Si、Cr含量的增加,20CrMnTi钢淬透性值也是增加的。但是,随着Ti含量的升高,20CrMnTi钢淬透性值的变化不是简单的正相关或负相关。适当提高淬火加热温度或延长保温时间,有利于增加20CrMnTi钢的淬透性值。
The experimental research on different quenching parameters of 20CrMnTi gear steel was carried out. The influence of chemical composition and heat treatment process on the hardenability of 20CrMnTi gear steel was analyzed. The results show that C is the largest contributor to hardenability, and the hardenability of steel increases with the increase of C content in steel. With the increase of Mn, Si and Cr contents, the hardenability of 20CrMnTi steel increases . However, with the increase of Ti content, the change of hardenability of 20CrMnTi steel is not a simple positive or negative correlation. Appropriate to increase the quenching temperature or extend the holding time, is conducive to increasing the value of hardenability 20CrMnTi steel.
