In the past year, the wave of mergers and acquisitions in the Western business community has been a wave after another. Although mergers and acquisitions in the early 80s caused waves in Western countries, most of them were fishers and fishers. They aimed to capture the profits of merged companies and pursue short-term profits. In 1995, mergers and acquisitions were basically strong. Jointly and complement each other. Mergers and mergers between enterprises are mostly considered from the development strategy, in order to improve the competitiveness in the 21st century and establish strategic advantages in the competition. According to relevant information, the amount of money used for mergers between Western companies in 1995 is estimated to reach a record high of 700 billion U.S. dollars. It can be said that this is, to a large extent, an inevitable reflection of the acceleration of internationalization, regionalization and monopolization of the world economy and the rapid development of information technology.
