蒙特卡罗方法在动态测量不确定度分析中的应用

针对动态测量有待深入研究的实际,介绍了一种采用最大熵原理和蒙特卡罗方法相结合,并以测量样本不断更新的算法实现动态测量不确定度评定的方法.给出了样本最大熵概率密度函数确立、指定概率密度函数伪随机数的产生方法以及用蒙特卡罗数值模拟方法评定动态测量不确定度的具体步骤.通过实际算例,说明这种方法具有可靠的动态测量不确定度评定结果.
