本文采用自我夹心PAP法观察带器大鼠子宫组织中前列腺素的含量和分布。一组灌服萘普生,另一组灌服生理盐水。每组大鼠12只。结果表明:前列腺素E_1主要分布在毛细血管内皮细胞膜上,并见内膜毛细血管扩张,密度增加;服用萘普生组子宫组织内前列腺素生成受到抑制。经显微分光光度扫描测定生理盐水组PGE_1含量明显高于萘普生组(P<0.05)。本文从形态学方面证明了萘普生对前列腺素生成的抑制作用。
In this study, the self-sandwiching PAP method was used to observe the content and distribution of prostaglandin in the uterus of rats. One group was given naproxen and the other group was given saline. 12 rats in each group. The results showed that prostaglandin E_1 mainly distributed in the capillary endothelial cell membrane, and the intimal capillaries were seen to expand, and the density increased; the prostaglandin production in the uterus of the naproxen group was inhibited. The content of PGE 1 in saline group was significantly higher than that in naproxen group by microspectrophotometry (P<0.05). This article demonstrates morphologically that naproxen inhibits prostaglandin production.
