目的探讨高师生社会支持、自尊和积极/消极情感的关系。方法采用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表与积极/消极情感量表对340名高师生进行调查。结果①相关分析表明,社会支持、自尊与积极/消极情感均两两呈显著正相关(r=-0.16~0.36,P<0.05);②层级回归分析表明,自尊是影响积极情感的不完全中介(t=3.43~-7.37,P<0.01);③层级回归分析表明,自尊是影响消极情感的完全中介(t=-2.19~-6.24,P<0.05)。结论中介效应检验表明,自尊是高师生社会支持与积极/消极情感间的中介变量。
Objective To explore the relationship between social support, self-esteem and positive / negative feelings of teachers and students. Methods A total of 340 teachers and students were investigated with the Social Support Rating Scale, the Self-Esteem Scale and the Positive / Negative Emotional Scale. Results ① The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between social support, self-esteem and positive / negative emotions (r = -0.16-0.36, P <0.05); ② The hierarchical regression analysis showed that self-esteem was an incomplete intermediary affecting positive emotions (t = 3.43 ~ -7.37, P <0.01). (3) Hierarchical regression analysis showed that self-esteem was the complete mediator of negative emotions (t = -2.19 ~ -6.24, P <0.05). Conclusion Intermediary effect tests show that self-esteem is the mediating variable between social support and positive / negative feelings of teachers and students.
