目前美国用来制造塑料模的材料大致可以分为四类:1.调质钢主要用来制造热塑性塑料压模,大部分在注射机上使用,偶尔亦用来制造热固性塑料压模。由这种钢制造的塑料模一般不进行最后热处理,在调质到HRC32~36硬度状态使用。它的特点是可以在调质后进行精加工到成品尺寸,在镀铬后使用,因此,不存在热处理淬火变形造成报废的问题。2.渗碳钢
At present, the materials used to make plastic molds in the United States can be divided into four categories: 1.
