该双通道阻抗/导纳仪采用三对点状胸部导联电极,从两个不同方向测取心阻抗信号变化而没有恒流源电场的相互干扰。检测信号包括△Z_X、△Z_Y、△Z_Z和dZ_X/dt dZ_Y/dt、dZ_Z/dt。同时采集的两信号送入计算机合成阻抗环。20名正常人检测和计算表明△Z内的环面积小(A<4.6×10 ~(-3)Ω~2),无明确形状(b/a<0.34):dZ内的环类似(b/a<0.4);但是△Z与dZ交叉合成的环具有较大面积和确定的形状(b/a>0.45)。
The dual-channel impedance / admittance meter uses three pairs of point-shaped chest lead electrodes to measure cardiac impedance changes from two different directions without the interference of the constant current source electric field. The detection signals include ΔZ_X, ΔZ_Y, ΔZ_Z and dZ_X / dt dZ_Y / dt and dZ_Z / dt. Simultaneous acquisition of the two signals into the computer synthesis impedance ring. The detection and calculation of 20 normal individuals showed that the ring area in △ Z was small (A <4.6 × 10 -3 Ω ~ 2) and no definite shape (b / a <0.34) a <0.4); however, the ring cross-linked with ΔZ has a larger area and a defined shape (b / a> 0.45).
