针对煤矿刮板输送机工作特点及现有驱动装置的不足,设计一种新型液压驱动装置。基于负载敏感原理设计该液压驱动系统,阐述其工作原理及功能特性。采用比例插装阀对该系统进行优化设计,使其满足高压、大流量的工作要求。研究结果表明刮板输送机应用液压驱动具有原理和功能上的可行性,且具有明显优势。该液压驱动装置的提出弥补了刮板输送机液压驱动方式的空白,为刮板输送机新型驱动装置的开发提供参考。
Aiming at the working characteristics of the coal scraper conveyor and the shortage of the existing driving device, a new type of hydraulic driving device is designed. The hydraulic drive system is designed based on load-sensing principle, and its working principle and function characteristics are expounded. The proportional cartridge valve is used to optimize the system to meet the working requirements of high pressure and high flow rate. The results show that the application of hydraulic scraper conveyor has the principle and function of the feasibility, and has obvious advantages. The proposed hydraulic actuator makes up the gap of the hydraulic drive mode of the scraper conveyor and provides a reference for the development of the new drive device of the scraper conveyor.
