针对提出的可变前掠翼变形机构,利用Solidworks和Adams软件建立了仿真模型。首先将仿真数据与理论计算数据对比,结果表明仿真结果和理论计算吻合得很好。然后对机构进行了运动学仿真,结果表明该机构能满足变形要求,且变形过程中,机翼转速均匀、运动平稳。最后建立了含运动副间隙的机构动力学模型,分析了间隙大小对机构动力学特性的影响;仿真结果表明,运动副间隙对机构运动特性有显著影响。研究结果可为物理样机的研制提供参考依据。
Aimed at the proposed variable anterior swept wing deformation mechanism, a simulation model was established by using Solidworks and Adams software. First of all, the simulation data is compared with the theoretical calculation data. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. Then the kinematics simulation of the mechanism was carried out. The results show that the mechanism can meet the requirements of deformation, and during the deformation, the speed of the wing is uniform and the motion is stable. Finally, the kinematic model of the mechanism with the clearance of the movement is established, and the influence of the gap size on the dynamics of the mechanism is analyzed. The simulation results show that the clearance of the movement has a significant influence on the movement characteristics of the mechanism. The research results can provide reference for the development of physical prototype.
