法国普基铝业工程公司与克佛纳金属公司提出了最优化铝箔概念及建设生产能力20Kt/a铝箔厂的设计方案.建设这种铝箔厂具有投资省、生产成本低、管理费用少、生产灵活、易满足市场对产品的需求、装备紧凑等优点.这种铝箔厂由1台高速薄带坯连续铸轧机,1台兼铝箔粗中轧的铝薄带万能冷轧机,1台双合铝箔精轧机,以及成套的精加工设备组成.不但适合于新建的铝箔厂,而且对改扩建某些铝箔厂也有启迪作用.“,”The Optifoil concept-as it is known-has been made possible thanks to Pechiney Rhenalus latest technological development in continuous strip casting: the Jumbo 3CM thin strip caster. Pechiney Aluminium Engineering and Kvaener Metals have recently joined forces to design and promote a new type of plant for the production of about 20kt/a of aluminium thin strip and foil products with a thickness rang of 0.160 mm to 0.006 35 mm.
