作为安防智能化的一部分,智能视频分析技术能在几乎不需要人为1 f1干预的情况下,通过对摄像机拍录的图像序列进行自动分析来对动态场景中的目标进行定位、识别和跟踪,并在此基础上分析和判断目标的行为,做到既能完成日常管理又能在异常情况发生的时候及时做出反应,从而解决了传统监控工作量大、效率低、反应速度慢等问题。智能视频分析技术是推动整个安防智能化最为关键的技术之一,从目前来看,也
