大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统污染状况

目的调查分析大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为预防、控制呼吸道传染病和强化卫生管理提供依据。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)的要求,对18家公共场所的集中空调进行检测和评价。结果送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、β-溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%;细菌总数、真菌总数合格率均为89.19%;风管内表面的积尘量和细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为91.30%、100.00%和95.35%;冷却水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为100.00%。结论目前大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况还存在一定的卫生隐患,在今后工作中要加强对集中空调微生物污染的预防控制。 Objective To investigate and analyze the sanitary status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Dalian, and provide the basis for prevention and control of respiratory diseases and health management. Methods According to “Hygienic Standard for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places” (2006), the air conditioners in 18 public places were tested and evaluated. Results Respirable particulate matter (PM10) and β-hemolytic streptococci were both 100.00%. The total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi were 89.19%. The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct and the total number of bacteria and fungi The rates were 91.30%, 100.00% and 95.35% respectively. The qualified rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 100.00%. Conclusion At present, there are still some hidden dangers to health of central air-conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Dalian. In the future work, we should strengthen the prevention and control of the concentrated air-conditioning microbial contamination.
